FutGen Holdings LLC, trading as FutGen Strategic Consulting

Last updated: 16 July 2026

This policy describes the personal data we process when you visit futgenconsulting.com or write to us to request a demo or information.

It is deliberately short. This is an informational website. It has no forms, no user accounts, it processes no payments, and it uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We would rather publish a short, accurate policy than a long one describing things we do not do.

1. Who we are

The controller of your data is FutGen Holdings LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States, which operates this division under the trade name FutGen Strategic Consulting.

FutGen Strategic Consulting is a partner of Humand Technologies, Inc. That relationship is relevant to your data and is explained in section 5.

2. What data we process

In short: whatever you send us by email, plus basic technical data from your visit.

2.1 Data you give us

When you write to start@futgenconsulting.com — for example, to request a demo — we process whatever you choose to include in that message. Typically:

You do not need to give us any data to browse this site. We only process what you send us on your own initiative.

2.2 Data collected automatically

Like any website, our hosting provider logs technical information when you load a page: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, date and time, and the page requested. This keeps the site working and secure. We do not use it to identify you or to build profiles.

3. What we do not do

In short: this list matters as much as the previous one.

4. Why we use it and on what legal basis

PurposeLegal basis
Answering your enquiry and continuing the conversationYour request and our legitimate interest in responding
Arranging and running a demo of the platformYour consent and pre-contractual steps at your request
Preparing a commercial proposalPre-contractual steps at your request
Keeping the site running and secureLegitimate interest
Meeting legal, accounting or tax obligationsLegal obligation

We do not send bulk marketing from this site. If we ever did, it would be with your prior consent and with an unsubscribe option in every message.

5. Who we share it with

In short: with Humand when you request a demo, and with the technical providers that run the site and our email.

5.1 Humand Technologies, Inc.

This matters and we want it stated plainly. FutGen Strategic Consulting is a partner of Humand Technologies, Inc., the owner of the platform we implement. If you request a demo or express interest in the platform, we will share your professional contact details with Humand — name, organization, job title and email — so that their team can take part in the demo and in the commercial process.

Humand is an independent controller of the data it receives: it processes that data under its own policies, not this one. If you do not want us to share your data with Humand, tell us in your message or write to start@futgenconsulting.com; in that case we will not be able to arrange a platform demo, but we can still talk.

5.3 Other cases

6. International transfers

FutGen Holdings LLC is based in the United States and the providers listed above operate servers in the United States and other countries. If you are in Argentina, the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction, your data is transferred outside your country.

For those transfers we rely on your consent, on the need to take pre-contractual steps at your request and, where applicable, on standard contractual clauses with our providers. You can ask us about the safeguards applying to a specific transfer by writing to us.

7. How long we keep it

When there is no longer a legitimate reason to keep data, we delete or anonymise it.

8. How we protect it

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, restricted mailbox access, two-factor authentication on team accounts, and access limited to those who need it to do their work.

That said, honestly: no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolutely that no incident will occur. If one occurred that affected your rights, we would notify you and report it to the relevant authority within the timeframes set by applicable law.

9. Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, write to start@futgenconsulting.com. We answer every request, within the applicable legal timeframes. We may ask you to verify your identity before giving you access to personal data.

9.1 If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom

Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. You may also lodge a complaint with your country's supervisory authority.

9.2 If you are in the United States

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know whether we process your data, to access it, correct it, obtain a copy, delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal data for targeted advertising, so there is no opt-out mechanism to activate.

9.3 If you are in Argentina

Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326 grants you the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your data. The data subject has the right to request and obtain information about their personal data held in databases, free of charge, at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory body under Act No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims regarding failure to comply with personal data protection rules.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

In short: this site sets no cookies of its own.

We use no analytics, advertising, retargeting or social media cookies, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Two honest notes about content loaded from third-party servers:

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. The site will keep working.

11. Minors

This site and these services are aimed at organizations and at professionals acting on their behalf. They are not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the "last updated" date in the header. If a change is material and affects your rights, we will flag it prominently on the site.

For any question about this policy or how we handle your data:
